I will be giving softball lessons to kids 1st grade thru 12th grade. | am a former Mens fastpitch pitcher/hitter who has coached at the collegiate level for 20+years. I am a National Championship coach who has coached 41 All-Americans Please feel free to reach out to me. Advanced Winter Pitching Speed/Mechanics Clinic
Where getting better every day is the focus!

Clinic Goal: Improve mechanics and increase speed.
Format
Day one: (video, radar, basic mechanics, exercises, and taking care of their body). Players will warm up, and then
they will be videoed and radared. The remainder of the time we will go over mechanics (where the speed come
from) and exercises and drills that they can emphasize in order to increase their speed. To finish the first day, we
will talk about things they can do to keep themselves healthy.
Prior to the next clinic date: Their mechanics will be analyzed using advanced motion analysis software. This
analysis is used to help show the players what they can do to increase their speed from a mechanical point of view.
This will allow them to get closer to maximizing their pitching speed potential. The analysis will be followed by
specific drills to help improve their speed.
Day two: (Mechanical)
We will begin by looking at the advanced video analysis of their mechanics. After watching the video, we will go
over specific drills that each player can practice on their own to help them develop the speed that they are looking
for.
Day three: (Strength)
We will have a quick review of the mechanics. Then we will go through different exercises that will help to increase
their speed.
Day four: (Speed Drills)
We will go through their warm ups and review exercises that they learned last time. With the time remaining, we
will go over various speed drills.
Day five: (Testing and game planning)
We will test speed again. With the remaining time, we will help develop a plan for them to continue increasing their
speed threw out the rest of the off season.
Cost $100.00 (for 5 weeks of clinics)
Clinic is limited to a certain number of players. It will be on a first come first serve basis and will fill up quickly.

* Those attending pitching clinics must bring their own ball, glove, and catcher.
* Register early! Clinics will be limited.

sustained by my child as a result of participation in the complete pitching clinic. Furthermore, I certify that within
the past year my child has had a physical examination and that she is physically able to participate in softball
activities. In the event of illness or injury, I hereby give consent for medical treatment and permission to the
attending physician to hospitalize, secure proper treatment, and order injections, anesthesia, or surgery.
